We provide individual & group WRAP Training Transform Your Life

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) is a personalized wellness and recovery system born out of and rooted in the principle of self-determination. WRAP® is a wellness and recovery approach that helps people to:

1) decrease and prevent intrusive or troubling feelings and behaviors 

2) increase personal empowerment

3) improve quality of life

4) achieve life goals and dreams

HOPE

We all experience some sort of life and health difficulties such as mental health challenges, addictions, loss, diabetes, or aging. Yet we can get well, stay well, and go on to fulfill our life dreams and goals.


Personal Responsibility

It's up to you to act and do what needs to be done to keep yourself well. It's also up to you to ask others for help if you want it or need it.


Education

Learning all you can about what you are experiencing helps you make good decisions about all aspects of your life.


Self-Advocacy

Effectively reaching out to others and expressing your needs helps you get what you need, want, and deserve to support your wellness and recovery.


Support

Although working toward your wellness is up to you, receiving support from others and giving support to others will help you feel better and enhance the quality of your life
